Yep, temperatures are too cold for the rest of the year to be outside. I reckon I get them out about 75 days a year. The rest of the time they are inside in a 40 foot square vivarium.

Also in Italy we can breed them outside only in warm months.

What is the minimum temperature during these 75 days that you have them outside?

If it is very sunny I find 15 degrees Celsius is warm enough, if it is a bit cloudy I tend to be safe and go for 17 or 18. My kinixys erosa are more tolerant of cold temperatures, they are fine when sunny at 13 Celsius.
